戒毒主题屡见不鲜，但是这部剧更多的是从母爱的角度来写吸毒对一个家庭造成的毁灭，对母女关系造成的裂痕，还是比较新的题材。14年毒瘾结婚离婚一事无成的女儿和在赌场按摩谋生的母亲互相救赎和解，可悲的是信任一旦被打破，就无法再建立了。

Ideology beside, it's a fucking good movie. Movie of the year for sure. Top top tier cinematography, sound design and acting. Kind of Spike Jonze and Charlie Kaufman at first, later fully dive into bizarre A24 uncanny valley. Alex Garland as the director: Ex Machina is good, but cheesy. Annihilation, fucking hate it. This one? Absolutely amazing.
